You'll run the platform Farera lives on: deployments, observability, reliability and cost. A small senior team, real traffic, real money, and no infrastructure theater.
What you'll do
- Own our infrastructure as code, from provisioning to deployment pipelines.
- Build the monitoring and alerting that lets a small team sleep at night.
- Chase reliability: fewer incidents, faster recovery, boring on-call.
- Keep cloud costs proportional to a business that watches its margins closely.
- Automate everything worth automating. Manual toil does not scale, and neither do heroes.
What we look for
- Production experience running cloud infrastructure for high-traffic systems.
- Fluency with CI/CD, containers and infrastructure as code.
- An operator's mindset: you measure, then fix, then verify.
- Calm in incidents and honest in postmortems.
- Bonus: experience in systems where downtime costs real money by the minute.
