Careers

A small team, hiring deliberately.

We are a senior, remote team spread across Europe and beyond, building Farera and Espresso. We grow carefully, and we hire people with high ambition and a real passion for flights.

Who we are

We’re a diverse team with a shared passion for travel and a united goal: to build the leading flight-centric online travel company of our time. As a remote company, we empower our people to work from virtually anywhere, and aside from the occasional meetings, almost anytime during the day, harnessing a multitude of perspectives and lifestyles.

What’s our common thread? A commitment to exceptional work and to designing simple yet powerful products that millions of travelers will use every year. Together, we aim to be the trailblazers of the travel industry.

Who you are

If you’re a keen learner, intent on disrupting the norm and establishing new standards, you belong with us. We take ownership and pride in our work, fueled by the drive and urgency of a startup from day one with a bias towards action.

We’re not concerned with your past: your origin, residence, previous employers, or education. What matters to us is who you are today and who you aspire to become tomorrow. We value “Managers of One”: individuals who set their own objectives and follow through without requiring extensive guidance or daily supervision.

Our operating principles

x10 Club

It's not just about individual skills. It's about how the team collaborates and creates something special together. It's about elevating those around you, helping them shine.

Time is precious

Punctuality isn't just about time; it's a reflection of our respect for each other and for the customers.

Accelerate progress

Explain ideas in simple terms, strongly and clearly, so that they accelerate understanding and decision-making. Provide as much context as possible when asking anyone for their time and attention.

Asynchronous over synchronous

We are a global team and respect our colleague's time zones. Time is our most sacred asset. Back-and-forths are expensive.

Common sense

Use good judgment to benefit colleagues and customers. We trust you or you wouldn't be here.

Bias towards action

We believe in action over hesitation. Don't let analysis paralysis set in. Ask for forgiveness, not permission.
